Why Kids Love Nature?

Be part of a team which is forward thinking, dynamic and passionate about the opportunities we provide young children

Learn to work using our very own educational curriculum - The Kids Love Nature Approach - and see how supporting children's learning and development can be achieved through understanding independence, emotional resilience and fun!

As a company we are constantly evolving to provide the best experiences we can for the children and families we work with. This means that we highly value the feedback of our teams... your voice will be heard.

Our planning style and curriculum enables our teams to have freedom and creativity within their work and most importance placed on providing extraordinary experiences for children.

We provide extensive in-house training and support for your development through our online training platform, in person training sessions and annual company wide training day.

We have great opportunities for career progression including detailed training and support for aspiring leaders. We have many examples of team members who started with us as apprentices who are now in management positions.
